Om 15:15 uur is de uplink van een van onze uplinkproviders Reasonnet down gegaan. We hebben zojuist van Reasonnet vernomen dat ze op de hoogte zijn van het probleem, er is reeds een engineer ter plaatse om het probleem te verhelpen. U zou hier geen hinder van mogen ondervinden.

Our router at Nikhef reloaded itself about half an hour ago.
After the reload we noticed a problem with our connection towards SARA

An engineer is on his way to check this connection.

A ticket will be opened with Brocade to retrieve the main reason for this reload.

We will send an update around this list when more information is available.

  1. Dear value customers,

    We have solved the issue with our router at Nikhef. One of the line card was mal-functioned so we swapped the connection to a spare line card. The connection is now up and running and we already contacted our vendor for explanation & possible fix to prevent the problem in the future.
